Balanced optics. Extended endurance. More capability in one device.
The PATRIOT 2 L25 combines practical magnification with a broad field of view for versatile thermal observation. It suits users who need to scan their surroundings and examine objects more closely during the same observation session.
A practical balance between coverage and magnification
The 25 mm F0.8 objective delivers 2.4× base magnification and a 10.5° × 7.9° field of view.
Compared with the L19, the L25 presents objects at a larger image scale while retaining useful coverage of the surrounding scene. This balance makes it a versatile choice for everyday observation across varied terrain.
High sensitivity when thermal contrast is weak
The 384 × 288 VOx sensor with NETD ≤18 mK helps distinguish subtle temperature differences, particularly when an object and its background have similar temperatures.
Germanium optics
The genuine germanium objective transmits the infrared radiation detected by the sensor. Working together, the lens and detector help capture the thermal differences that define the observed scene.
Up to 20 hours of operation
Extended battery life supports prolonged observation with fewer charging interruptions. An intelligent battery indicator helps users monitor available power and plan recharging.
Actual runtime depends on temperature, settings, and enabled features.
Navigation and environmental information
Integrated GPS, compass, azimuth, altitude, and temperature readings provide useful context alongside the thermal image.
AI-assisted distance estimation
An AI-assisted rangefinder adds an estimated distance to the observation, helping users assess the scene with additional information.
Password protection
Password locking restricts unauthorized use of the monocular. It gives owners additional control over access during storage, transport, or if the device is lost.
Record and share what you observe
64 GB of internal memory provides space for photos and videos. Cable and Wi-Fi connectivity support external viewing and transfer through compatible software for Windows, Android, and iOS.
Recorded observations can be reviewed later, discussed with others, and retained for reference.
Two eyecups included
A standard eyecup and a “cat’s eye” eyecup allow users to select their preferred fit for different viewing conditions.
What makes the L25 worth the investment?
Its value lies in how its capabilities work together. Balanced optics support both scanning and closer observation, extended endurance reduces charging interruptions, and integrated information, recording, and connectivity support the complete observation workflow.
For frequent users, that combination provides practical benefits throughout each session.
