Export Compliance and U.S. Domestic Sales Policy

NVECTECH products sold through this website are offered by NEVER GIVE UP KK LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

This policy applies to all thermal imaging, night vision, and other electro-optical products offered through this website.

U.S. Domestic Sales Only

Orders placed through this website are accepted for delivery only within the 50 states of the United States and Washington, DC.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to:

• U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands;
• APO, FPO, or DPO addresses;
• P.O. boxes;
• freight forwarders;
• mail forwarding services;
• reshipping companies; or
• any address that we reasonably believe is being used to forward a product outside the United States.

International orders are not accepted through this website.

International customers, authorized organizations, or potential distribution partners may contact us separately at us@nvectech.com. An inquiry does not guarantee that a sale, shipment, or export will be approved.

Export-Controlled Products

Thermal imaging, night vision, and other electro-optical products may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”).

The export-control classification and licensing requirements applicable to a particular product may depend on the product, destination, end user, and intended end use.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a representation that every product is controlled under ITAR or that any particular transaction is eligible for export without government authorization.

Prohibited Export and Transfer

Products purchased through this website may not be exported, re-exported, transferred, transshipped, diverted, sold, supplied, or otherwise provided outside the United States in violation of applicable United States laws or regulations.

Products may not be purchased through this website for delivery to a freight forwarder, mail forwarding service, reshipping company, export intermediary, or any other person or entity when the intended destination is outside the United States.

The purchaser is responsible for determining and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the possession, use, resale, transfer, transportation, or export of the purchased product.

Purchaser Representations

By placing an order for a product covered by this policy, the purchaser represents and confirms that:

1. the information provided in connection with the order is complete and accurate;
2. the product is being purchased for a lawful purpose;
3. the purchaser is the intended end user or is legally authorized to purchase the product on behalf of the identified end user or organization;
4. the product will not be exported, re-exported, transferred, diverted, or otherwise provided outside the United States in violation of applicable law;
5. the product will not be delivered to or routed through a freight forwarder, mail forwarding service, or reshipping company;
6. the product will not be used, transferred, or supplied in connection with any unlawful, prohibited, or unauthorized activity; and
7. the purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

These representations are material conditions of the sale.

Domestic Resale

Lawful resale within the United States may be permitted, subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and the restrictions contained in this policy.

Dealer, distributor, reseller, bulk, government, law-enforcement, military, and other institutional orders may require separate review and prior approval. Such purchasers should contact us at us@nvectech.com before placing a large or resale-oriented order through the standard consumer checkout.

Approval of a domestic resale transaction does not authorize export, re-export, diversion, or transfer outside the United States.

Order Review and Verification

NEVER GIVE UP KK LLC reserves the right to review any order for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, export-control compliance, end-user verification, and other legal or security purposes.

Before accepting or fulfilling an order, we may request additional information, including:

• government-issued identification;
• billing or shipping address verification;
• payment verification;
• information about the purchaser or end user;
• a description of the intended use;
• organizational or business documentation; or
• a signed end-user or non-export certification.

Failure or refusal to provide requested information may result in the order being delayed, declined, or canceled.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right, in our sole reasonable discretion, to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, export-sensitive, inconsistent with this policy, or otherwise presents a legal, regulatory, payment, or security concern.

This includes orders involving:

• mismatched billing and shipping information;
• unverifiable purchaser information;
• suspected freight forwarding or reshipping;
• suspected export or diversion;
• restricted or prohibited parties;
• unusual order quantities;
• misleading statements concerning the end user or intended use; or
• any other circumstance requiring additional compliance review.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will return the applicable payment to the original payment method, subject to any restrictions imposed by the payment provider or applicable law.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. An order is accepted only after required verification has been completed and the order has been approved for fulfillment.

Restricted Parties and Prohibited Uses

We will not knowingly sell or supply products to prohibited or restricted persons, entities, destinations, or end users.

Products may not be purchased or used for any purpose prohibited by United States law, including transactions involving sanctioned parties, prohibited end uses, unlawful diversion, or unauthorized foreign transfer.

We may screen purchasers, payment information, shipping addresses, organizations, and other transaction details against applicable compliance and restricted-party information.

Government and Institutional Orders

We accept inquiries from authorized dealers, government agencies, law-enforcement organizations, military organizations, and other institutional customers.

Large, institutional, dealer, reseller, or specialized orders may be subject to additional verification, documentation, contractual terms, or a separate quotation and approval process.

No Assistance With Unauthorized Export

NEVER GIVE UP KK LLC does not provide legal advice, export licenses, customs clearance, freight-forwarding services, or authorization to export any product.

The availability of a product on this website does not constitute authorization to export, re-export, transfer, or use that product in any particular country or application.

Violations

We may cancel an order, refuse future transactions, suspend customer access, or report relevant information to payment providers, carriers, government authorities, or other appropriate parties when we reasonably believe that this policy or applicable law has been violated.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business operations, or our compliance procedures.

The version published on this website at the time of an order will apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
