Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty Policy applies to eligible NVECTECH products purchased through this website from NEVER GIVE UP KK LLC.
Limited Two-Year Product Warranty
Unless a different warranty period is expressly stated on the applicable product page, eligible NVECTECH devices are covered by a limited warranty for two years from the original date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the product in accordance with its published instructions and specifications.
Proof of purchase and the product serial number may be required.
Embedded Batteries
An embedded, non-removable battery installed in an eligible Patriot 2 device is covered for one year from the original date of delivery.
After this one-year period, battery capacity loss, reduced operating time, and battery replacement are not covered by this limited warranty.
Removable Batteries and Consumables
Removable or replaceable batteries are consumable products and are not covered by this limited warranty.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the warranty also does not cover ordinary consumable items or components that naturally wear, deteriorate, or require periodic replacement through normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or deterioration resulting from:
• normal wear and tear;
• cosmetic damage that does not affect product operation;
• accidents, drops, impacts, crushing, fire, flooding, or improper storage;
• misuse, abuse, neglect, or use contrary to the product instructions;
• exposure to conditions outside the product’s published specifications;
• improper installation, mounting, maintenance, charging, or handling;
• use with incompatible, defective, altered, or unauthorized accessories, batteries, chargers, cables, mounts, software, or equipment;
• modification, disassembly, unauthorized repair, or attempted repair;
• removal, alteration, or illegibility of a serial number or identification label;
• failure to install required firmware updates or follow published maintenance instructions when the failure is related to the claimed defect;
• electrical damage, power irregularities, incorrect charging voltage, or use of an unsuitable power source;
• loss, theft, shipping damage, or damage occurring after risk of loss has passed to the customer;
• products purchased from an unauthorized seller or obtained without valid proof of purchase; or
• any cause other than a covered defect in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and does not cover dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, expected performance beyond the published specifications, or incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, contact:

The request should include:
• the customer’s full name;
• order number;
• product name and model;
• product serial number;
• date of purchase or delivery;
• a detailed description of the issue; and
• photographs, video, diagnostic information, or other evidence reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.
We may require additional troubleshooting or verification before authorizing a return.
Do not send a product to any address until you receive written authorization and shipping instructions from NVECTECH.
Products sent without prior authorization, without the required documentation, or to an unauthorized address may be refused or returned.
Warranty Shipping Instructions
If a warranty claim is approved for inspection or service, NVECTECH will provide the applicable return instructions.
Shipping arrangements and any responsibility for transportation costs will be communicated as part of the authorization based on the circumstances of the claim, the product, the destination, and applicable law.
Customers must follow all provided packing, labeling, carrier, and shipping instructions. NVECTECH is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging or failure to follow the authorized return instructions.
Inspection and Available Remedies
Receipt of a product does not automatically confirm that the claim is covered by warranty.
The product may be inspected to determine the cause of the reported issue and whether the claim qualifies under this policy.
For a valid warranty claim, NVECTECH may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law:
• repair the product;
• replace the defective product or component with the same or a functionally comparable product or component; or
• provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Replacement products or components may be new or professionally serviced and functionally equivalent.
The original warranty period is not restarted or extended by inspection, repair, or replacement unless required by applicable law. Any repaired or replaced product remains covered for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period.
Non-Warranty Service
If inspection determines that the issue is not covered by this limited warranty, the customer may be offered paid diagnostic, repair, replacement, handling, or shipping services when available.
No paid work will be performed without customer authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty is the exclusive written warranty provided for the covered product.
NEVER GIVE UP KK LLC and NVECTECH are not liable under this warranty for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of data, loss of recordings, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, replacement equipment costs, or third-party claims.
Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages. In those states, the applicable exclusion or limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Consumer Rights
This limited warranty gives the customer specific legal rights. The customer may also have other rights that vary by state.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Geographic Scope
This warranty applies only to eligible products purchased through this United States store and submitted for warranty service within the United States.
Products may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and restrictions. Warranty service does not constitute authorization to export, re-export, transfer, or ship a product outside the United States.
