More thermal detail. A wider view. Built for extended observation.
The PATRIOT 2 H50 combines high-resolution thermal imaging with practical features for demanding field use. Its 640 × 512 sensor and 50 mm F0.9 objective deliver a balance of image detail and observation reach, while integrated navigation, recording, and connectivity support a complete observation workflow.
High-resolution sensor: more information in every frame
The 640 × 512 VOx sensor with NETD ≤18 mK captures subtle temperature differences and detailed thermal imagery.
With nearly three times as many sensor pixels as a 384 × 288 detector, the H50 provides a stronger foundation for examining shapes and separating objects from their surroundings.
Wider field of view: scan more of the scene
The H50 combines 2.8× base magnification with an 8.8° × 7.0° field of view. Compared with the L50, its wider view makes it easier to survey an area and keep surrounding features in the frame.
Germanium optics: purpose-built for thermal observation
A genuine germanium objective transmits the infrared radiation used to form the thermal image. Working together with the sensitive detector, it helps capture the temperature differences that reveal an object’s shape and position.
Extended battery life and intelligent power monitoring
The H50 is rated for at least 16 hours of operation. An intelligent battery indicator helps users monitor available power and plan recharging during extended sessions.
Actual runtime depends on operating conditions and enabled features.
Navigation and environmental awareness
GPS, compass, azimuth, altitude, and temperature readings bring location, direction, and environmental information into the observation workflow.
AI-assisted distance estimation
An AI-assisted rangefinder adds estimated distance information to the observed scene, helping users interpret what they see. Estimates should be considered within the feature’s specified operating limits.
Password protection
Password locking restricts unauthorized access to the monocular, giving owners additional control during storage, transport, or if the device is lost.
Record and share your observations
64 GB of memory provides space for photos and video. Cable and Wi-Fi connectivity support external viewing and transfer through compatible software for Windows, Android, and iOS.
Two eyecups included
A standard eyecup and a “cat’s eye” eyecup let users choose the fit they prefer for their observation conditions.
